The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC equipment to accurately cut and process materials for custom closet and organization projects. The ideal candidate has previous CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with other woodworking equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently Load, unload, and properly position materials Review CNC programs, drawings, and work orders Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts Perform basic machine setup and adjustments Identify and report machine or production issues Operate additional woodworking equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production and quality requirements Qualifications CNC operation experience required Previous experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing preferred Edge bander experience is a plus Sliding table saw experience is a plus Boring machine experience is a plus Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working with machinery and power tools Reliable and able to work as part of a team Ability to safely lift and move materials What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits available Full time, year round work Stable and growing company Opportunities for advancement Please only apply if you have previous CNC operation experience.
