Job Description

Ferrera Tooling Inc. is a respected manufacturing company seeking qualified professionals to support our rapidly expanding operations. As an AS9100-certified organization, we focus on the Aerospace, Space, and Amusement industries. We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Machinist Setup/Operator to become part of our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with regular overtime opportunities available. Ideal candidates should have broad experience in manufacturing and CNC machining processes, including: Strong understanding of G-code and M-code, feeds and speeds, and turning/facing operations Experience operating CNC lathes, including multi-axis turning centers Familiarity with live tooling and Y-axis machining is preferred Ongoing focus on improving quality and increasing process efficiency Solid knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges, along with proper usage Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Minimum requirements: Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Reliable attendance and punctuality At least 18 years of age Ability to perform inspections using specialized measuring equipment and accurately record results
Pay:
$16.00 - $35.00 per hour
