We specialize in producing complex, high-tolerance components—made from a large variety of materials including; aluminum, steel, plastics, and exotic metals—that are designed to perform in demanding environments from atmospheric flight to outer space. Our facility is equipped with advanced milling and turning capabilities, complemented by state-of-the-art Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Using detailed 3D models provided by our customers, we develop precise machining programs and automated inspection routines to ensure every dimension meets exact specifications. We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented CNC Machinist Operator with a strong work ethic and technical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC equipment for both prototype and production work. The ideal candidate brings hands-on machining experience and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Day shift:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Night shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am Responsibilities Run programs on standard, live tooling and 9 axis lathes. Run programs on 3, 4, & 5 axis mills. Maintain close tolerance dimensions while producing parts at production rates. Complete offset adjustments to multi-axis equipment to ensure product quality. Read and interpret blue prints and GD&T Communicate with co-workers. Follow safety protocols. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience running CNC machines Familiarity with GD&T principles for machining operations Pass a pre-employment drug screening Complete a pre-employment criminal background check
