Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, reading technical drawings, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC press brake machines and other manufacturing equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and specifications. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Perform quality inspections on finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Troubleshoot machine and production issues and perform routine machine maintenance as needed. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator , preferably operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in operating CNC press brakes and other metal fabrication equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Experience performing quality inspections and using precision measuring tools. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAD drawings and manufacturing software. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices. Why Join Our Team?
