SHIFT CNC OPERATOR
RetailOne LLC CNC Operator Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our 2ND shift manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and programming, with a focus on precision and quality control. This role involves working with various types of materials. The CNC Operator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring that all parts meet the required specifications. Duties Operate CNC flat bed machines to manufacture precision components. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instrument such as micrometer. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize production processes. Handle materials safely and efficiently within the manufacturing facility. Assist in the setup of tooling and fixtures for machining operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining and assembly line operations. Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards. Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
