Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator for third shift and a dedicated Picker Packer/Material Handler for second shift to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC machining equipment, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. The Picker Packer/Material Handler will manage material movement, packaging, and order fulfillment to support efficient production flow. Both roles are vital in maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products. Candidates must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties CNC Operator (Third Shift):
TRAINING IS DONE ON FIRST SHIFT
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC milling machines, lathes, and stamping presses with precision. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate manufacturing. Program CNC machines using G-code, CAM programming, and Fanuc controls to produce complex parts. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly. Measure finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions. Ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments. Maintain accurate production records and document machine performance. Picker Packer/Material Handler (Second Shift): Training will be on 1st shift. Safely handle materials using forklifts and hand tools to load, unload, and transport inventory within the warehouse. You do not always use the lift. Pack finished goods securely according to packaging specifications to prevent damage during transit. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, documentation, and stock organization. Assist in the assembly line process by supplying materials efficiently. Use factory experience and shop math skills to interpret shipping documents and packing lists. Conduct quality control checks on packaged products for dimensional accuracy and overall quality. Follow safety procedures diligently while operating warehouse equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings with knowledge of CNC machining processes. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, CNC programming, CAM programming, CAD software such as SolidWorks, and blueprint reading. Mechanical knowledge including operation of press brake machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, stamping presses, and fabrication tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately. Proficiency with precision measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, and GD&T standards. Experience operating forklifts or warehouse handling equipment is preferred. Strong shop math skills along with understanding of safety standards in production environments. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control tasks. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues efficiently. Good communication skills suitable for team collaboration across shifts.
