What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of CNC machine operating experience Experience with machine setup, tooling, blueprint reading, and precision measuring equipment preferred G-code, M-code, and conversational programming experience preferred Ability to read production instructions, drawings, and blueprints Basic computer and math skills, including use of a tape measure Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work Availability to work overtime as needed ACT WorkKeys score of 4+ in Reading for Information and Applied Mathematics Substance abuse testing is a condition of employment What You'll Do as a

CNC Operator:

Operate CNC and fabrication equipment, including brake presses, shears, saws, rollers, routers, and turrets Verify machine settings, tooling, materials, and programs before production Read drawings and measure materials to ensure accurate fabrication Set up and adjust tooling and make basic machine adjustments Inspect finished materials for quality and customer specifications Identify and report machine, material, or quality issues Follow production schedules, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S standards Support continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
