What You'll Do:
Set Up & Program:
Take ownership of setting up and programming CNC machining centers and lathes.
Operate & Execute:
Run production runs efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality outputs.
Monitor & Inspect:
Read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments to verify that every component is built to exact specifications.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and/or machining centers.
Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and attention to detail.
A reliable team player who takes pride in producing quality American-made machinery.
