Join the Bodine Electric Team! Bodine Electric Company is seeking a dependable and skilled CNC Setup & Machine Operatorto join our Peosta manufacturing team. This position sets up and operates CNC metal processing equipment while ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are met. What You'll Do Set up and operate Single Spindle/Single Turret CNC machines. Meet production schedules and quality requirements. Obtain raw materials, tooling, and gauging needed for production. Complete first-piece inspections using CMM and other measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and process documentation. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Program CNC equipment as required. Follow all safety, quality, and work procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Occasional overtime may be required. What We're Looking For Knowledge of machining principles and CNC equipment. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation. Experience using precision measuring equipment. CNC programming experience is a plus. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. CNC Machining Certificate or related training is a plus.
