Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to support the production of high-quality aluminum bicycle components. This role is responsible for operating, and monitoring CNC equipment to produce parts that meet strict dimensional and quality requirements. The ideal candidate takes pride in workmanship, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is comfortable working in a collaborative manufacturing environment. This is an entry level position that provides opportunity to develop skills in machining and production optimization. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery, including mills, saws, and polishing machines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using precise measuring tools to verify finish quality, dimensions, and tolerances Perform routine maintenance, inspections of equipment, and cleaning of machines Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Document production data using ERP system, ensure accurate counts and job quantities. Requirements Prior CNC experience preferred Previous manufacturing or machining experience strongly beneficial High attention to detail and ability to focus on precision work Solid mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines and familiarity with hand tools, wrenches, hammers, drivers etc. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Perform in a high production environment. Show ability to multitask, ensure both high efficiency and high quality. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills Desire to excel, with pride in producing high-quality parts Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40 lbs. as needed Basic math skills. Familiarity with basic computer applications, windows, outlook, excel, etc.
