Job Position:
CNC OPERATOR
Required hours/days of work: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm Duties will include : Adhere to Drill Pro safety policy and procedures by actively supporting and keeping the integrity of a safe compliant environment per OSHA standards Have the ability to set up Haas mills and Ganesh lathes, adjusting chucks, tools, attachments, collets; indicating vices, etc. Ability to read and edit basic G Code for lathe and mills. Ability to accurately adjust machines to produce parts to specification by observing drilling, grooving and cutting, including turning facing and thread operations Maintain machines and equipment by completing inspections, preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting repairs per the manufacturer's instructions and/or your supervisor Help with loading and unloading of product Ability to drive a forklift or able to be trained. Complete daily production sheet Submit equipment repair ticket and supply needs Communicate with president, co-workers, administration, and supervisors Reports to
Shop Manager Minimum Requirements:
Enthusiastic Self Starter Familiar with Fanuc Controls Read and interpret Blue Prints Ability to drive a forklift safely Proficient with Measuring Tools Take direction from Manager Detail oriented with good judgment Operate Manual and/or CNC equipment as needed SolidWorks and SolidCam a plus but not required Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
