Responsibilities:

Follow Standard Work Machine set up, running parts and preventative maintenance (PM). Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools which will be required for the next scheduled job. Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and '5 Whys' problem-solving exercises. Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 3 (t hree ) or more years ' experience of setting up, operat ing , and monitor ing CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both), including loading programs, selecting tooling, and adjusting parameters. At least 3 (t hree ) or more years of experience read ing and understand ing blueprints, schematics, GD&T symbols, and work instructions to produce parts accurately. At least 3 (t hree ) or more years of experience us ing precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM equipment, and other inspection tools to verify part dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
