The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of CNC programming and machine setup experience , strong blueprint-reading skills, and hands-on experience operating CNC turret presses or similar metal fabrication equipment. equipment is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC turret press and related metal fabrication equipment. Operate CNC machinery to produce precision metal parts according to drawings and specifications. Set up tooling, programs, and machine parameters for production runs. Operate turret press equipment while maintaining required quality and dimensional standards. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, customers, and vendors to clarify machining and programming requirements. Inspect completed parts and verify dimensions and quality against specifications. Troubleshoot machine, tooling, programming, and production issues. Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment problems as needed. Follow established safety, quality, production, and housekeeping procedures. Maintain accurate production and machine-related documentation. Continue developing skills in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and metal fabrication technologies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with CNC machine programming, setup, and operation. Experience with CNC turret presses, punch presses, laser cutting equipment, or similar metal fabrication machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup. Ability to troubleshoot CNC programming, tooling, and machine-related issues. Ability to communicate technical requirements with Engineering, Design, customers, and outside vendors. Ability to safely handle and move moderate to heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amada CNC turret press equipment , particularly the
AE2510NT
. Experience with CNC laser cutting or other sheet-metal fabrication equipment. SolidWorks experience. CAD/CAM experience. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or metal fabrication environment. Compensation & Employment Details Pay is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
