Pay :

Starting at $17/hr., based on experience. Plus, we offer a 10%-night shift premium for 2nd shift and a 15%-night shift premium for 3rd shift.

Summary of Position :

Performs operation of CNC machines and related equipment .

Key Responsibilities :

Maintains normal efficiency levels. Ensures that all equipment is functioning properly and safely or is deviated by the supervisor, using the Process Deviation Request Form. Responsible for observing the quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects. Responsible for the containment of all non-conforming product, and that all product is properly identified and dispositioned. Responsible for following proper safety procedures and maintaining a clean CNC area removing all debris, and wiping down and moping area. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.

Education/Experience :

High school diploma/general education degree (GED). Three to six months related experience or training preferred. Proven experience as a machine operator. Experience with CNC machine operation a plus. Ability to use measuring tools a must.
