Strong computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. A stable work history and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

Pay Rate:

$20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please see below job description if needed. CNC Operator Responsibilities A CNC Operator is responsible for operating computerized machines that cut, drill, route, or shape materials such as wood, plastic, or metal.

Typical responsibilities include:

Operating CNC routers or milling machines. Loading materials into the machine. Reading blueprints and work orders. Entering or selecting machine programs. Measuring finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications. Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Finishing Operator Responsibilities A Finishing Operator is responsible for completing the product after it comes off the CNC machine.

Typical responsibilities include:

Sanding and trimming finished parts. Cleaning and inspecting products for quality. Assembling components as needed. Applying laminates, adhesives, or protective finishes. Packaging completed products for shipment. Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards.
