Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Elgin, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery safely and efficiently, as well as following production procedures and work instructions. The ideal candidate will possess some previous manufacturing or machine operating experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20 to $24/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 2nd shift schedule: 3 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday Located in Elgin, IL Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Follow production procedures and work instructions Monitor machine operation and product quality Identify and report machine or production issues Perform basic machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and operating procedures Meet production and quality expectations Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to safely operate production equipment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to workplace safety — (Salary range based on experience) —
