A well-regarded precision manufacturing firm located in Wheeling is currently seeking a dedicated CNC Milling Operator to join their 1st shift production team. This role offers an excellent path for experienced CNC operators to contribute to a stable and expanding organization that specializes in crafting high-precision parts for critical sectors such as aerospace, defense, medical, and other sophisticated manufacturing fields. Core Responsibilities Manage CNC milling equipment to manufacture high-precision components Handle the loading and unloading of necessary materials, parts, and tooling Execute routine machine modifications and perform tool replacements Interpret technical blueprints, job specifications, and manufacturing instructions Verify part accuracy by utilizing calipers, micrometers, gauges, and additional inspection tools to ensure quality outcomes Observe machine performance during production cycles to proactively detect tooling or quality concerns Help maintain strict tolerances to guarantee that all output adheres to quality standards Record production data accurately while strictly following standard manufacturing protocols Keep the workstation tidy and orderly to support a safe and efficient environment Required Qualifications Prior background in CNC machine operation or milling Ease of working within a fast-paced, precision-focused manufacturing setting Proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints Working knowledge of standard inspection tools like calipers and micrometers Fundamental understanding of CNC processes and machining tooling High level of precision and a dedication to maintaining quality standards Experience with CNC machine setups is beneficial but not mandatory Why Join Our Team?
