Position Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, and other precision machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments Inspect completed parts using precision measuring equipment Troubleshoot machining challenges and make process improvements Maintain tight tolerances while producing quality components efficiently Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met Follow established safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Strong understanding of CNC setup and operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments independently Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience That Is a Plus Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: CNC milling and turning Swiss CNC machining Tool & Die manufacturing Gear manufacturing or precision grinding Multi-axis machining Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Mori Seiki, or similar controls First article inspection and quality documentation Why Join This Team?
