Job Overview Set up basic fixtures and operate a variety of CNC (computer numerical control) machines in order to produce products according to the customers' specifications. Job Requirements Perform basic CNC machinery set up functions by using preset program. Understand specifications required to fabricate products by reading blueprint, mechanical drawings and other drawings and written material. Prepare and load materials onto the machine. Perform basic tooling changes, as needed. Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets specifications. Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards. Communicate with Cell Lead or Supervisor on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM. Follow safety rules and use safe procedures. Keep all tools and supplies put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis. Keep work area clean and organized. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. What your background should look like High school diploma or GED preferred Knowledge of Haas machines is preferred but not required. Basic ability to read blueprints/drawings. Aptitude for math, problem-solving, and computers, including working knowledge of Excel. Mechanical aptitude. Mathematically literate. Communicate effectively. Knowledge of various types of equipment such as: Air and power tools, Micrometers, calipers, rulers, tape measures and gages Ability to work independently. Continuous standing, moving and reaching with arms and hand. Frequently walks, bends, lifts and carries items. Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs. Work performed in a shop environment. Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.Competencies Values:

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $25.00/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)
