Core Duties Operate multiple machines within a production cell to create finished parts. Analyze blueprint specifications to guarantee that every machined component meets quality standards. Execute necessary offset modifications and handle insert replacements. Professional Qualifications Possess one to three years of hands-on experience in CNC operation. Demonstrate technical proficiency in performing offset adjustments and changing inserts, with experience on Doosan, Mori-Seki, Okuma, or Haas equipment being advantageous. Showcase the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, including identifying various symbols and working with materials such as aluminum, steel, and raw castings. Maintain high precision by consistently meeting tolerances ranging from +/- 1 to 5 thousandths of an inch. Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gages, and drop indicators to ensure accuracy.
