PM Pay Rate:

$28.00-$34.00/hr Core Responsibilities Configure and run Mazak CNC machinery to meet production goals. Utilize Fanuc control systems to enhance operational efficiency. Interpret technical blueprints to ensure all parts meet precise specifications. Perform necessary adjustments to offsets and tooling to maintain accuracy. Resolve technical machining challenges to help uphold high-quality production standards. Maximize output by taking advantage of consistent overtime availability. Compensation and Benefits Earn a competitive hourly rate reaching up to $34/hr. Benefit from frequent opportunities for extra hours. Work within a secure and enduring industrial manufacturing setting. Receive 10 days of PTO plus 5 personal days upon commencement. Enjoy 9 paid holidays throughout the year. Required Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in the setup and operation of CNC equipment. Prior experience working with Mazak machines is highly desired. Familiarity with Fanuc control interfaces is considered an asset. Possess the ability to analyze blueprints and conduct detailed inspections. Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve complex machining problems. Maintain flexibility to support production needs through overtime work.
