About the Direct Hire Opportunity Join a growing manufacturing team as a Milling Operator , where you'll use your machining skills to perform basic setups, operate milling equipment, and produce high-quality precision parts. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and meeting production goals. Key Responsibilities Perform basic machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and operate CNC/manual milling machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality standards. Monitor machine performance, identify tooling or equipment issues, and perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Accurately complete production and quality documentation while adhering to all safety procedures. Required Qualifications 2 to 6 years of milling machine operation experience, including basic CNC setup and tooling adjustments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications. Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$26.40 - $30.25 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
