Job Description

A premier aerospace machine shop is currently looking to add skilled CNC Machinists to their team for both 1st and 2nd shift openings. We are interested in professionals with operational or programming backgrounds on equipment including: Haas, DMG Mori, Okuma, Doosan, Hurco, Makino, Mori Seiki, Nakamura-Tome, Index, Hwacheon, Gildemeister, Puma, Tsugami, Star CNC, and Citizen. Core Duties Configure and run CNC lathes or mills within an aerospace manufacturing setting. Analyze technical drawings and GD&T specifications. Ensure precision by maintaining tight tolerances and conducting inspections during the production process. Adjust tool offsets and perform necessary minor program modifications to ensure optimal performance. Help the team meet established quality and production output goals. Desired Background Background in CNC milling or turning operations. Experience machining aerospace-grade materials like titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Proficiency with precision measurement tools, feed/speed optimization, and tooling selection. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously to ensure consistent high-quality results.
