We operate Haas and GF Mills and are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in producing high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the milling department Set up and operate mills. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T Perform in-process inspections using metrology equipment (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, etc.) Make tool offsets and minor program adjustments as needed Monitor machine performance, maintain tight tolerances and conduct routine maintenance Ability to produce jigs and fixtures, as applicable Maintain a clean and organized work area Fill out parts requisitions, tool requests, and other required paperwork Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules Perform other related tasks as requested by Shop Foreman and/or

Owner Qualifications:

5+ years of CNC mill experience Strong blueprint reading skills Proficient with MasterCam Knowledge of basic machine skills (such as lathes, grinders, mills, etc.) Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection equipment Understanding of tolerances and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
