Client located in Schiller Park is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join their precision manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on machining experience who take pride in producing high-quality parts and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet production requirements Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges) for quality checks Make machine adjustments and tool changes as needed Document inspections, tool changes, and production output Address minor issues and escalate more complex ones Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean work area Follow all safety policies and 5S workplace organization principles Collaborate with team members and support other tasks as assigned #ZR
