Contract to Hire Skillforce is currently hiring experienced CNC Operators for a manufacturing facility in New Albany, IN. The ideal candidate will have CNC operating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Monitor machine operation and production output. Perform in-process and finished-product quality checks. Make basic machine adjustments as needed. Identify production or quality issues and communicate them to the appropriate team members. Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety and production procedures. Qualifications Previous CNC operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
