Position Summary:
Reporting to the Mill Program Engineer, the CNC Mill Setup/Operator will be responsible for setting-up and operating the CNC Mill to machine various metal and plastic parts.Essential Job Functions:
Understand and make machine adjustments to produce high quality parts. Use inspection equipment including optical comparator, micrometer, calipers, etc. Deburr and clean parts for further process steps. Clean and maintain the CNC equipment. Other duties related to manufacturing.Qualifications:
Good knowledge of shop tools and machines. Must be self-motivated to produce high quality parts. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Great dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a strong desire to learn. Experience working in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments are a bonus.Education and Experience:
Must have minimum of a High School diploma/GED. 6+ months of experience. Set-up experience preferred, but not necessary.Shifts:
