Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Are you experienced in manufacturing and looking for a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join a team in Edgerton, KS. This role involves material cutting, assembly support, quality checks, and a variety of general production duties. Candidates should have experience operating a sliding compound saw and basic experience with CNC cutting or machine operation. Manufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate a sliding compound saw safely and accurately
- Perform minor CNC cutting and machine operation
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed
Manufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience operating a sliding compound saw required
- Basic CNC cutting or machine operation experience required
- Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
