Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Are you experienced in manufacturing and looking for a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join a team in Edgerton, KS. This role involves material cutting, assembly support, quality checks, and a variety of general production duties. Candidates should have experience operating a sliding compound saw and basic experience with CNC cutting or machine operation. Manufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate a sliding compound saw safely and accurately
• Perform minor CNC cutting and machine operation
• Measure and cut materials according to specifications
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed

Manufacturing Associate/CNC Operator Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience operating a sliding compound saw required
• Basic CNC cutting or machine operation experience required
• Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
