Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor. Maintain inventory levels of consumable parts within the area. Prepare and operate CNC machinery to perform necessary production tasks. Perform simple, routine maintenance of CNC machinery. Inspect parts for quality defects.Safety Responsibilities:
Gain knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules to perform duties safely and in compliance with all KCC rules and regulations. Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training. Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of your coworkers. Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management. Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner. Complete accident and incident reports (near miss) in a timely manner.Competencies:
