Load machine with work piecesVerify settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces.
Maintain specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, sharpening, and replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality.
Knowledge of properties of metal and other materialsKnowledge of basic shop mathematics.
Experience in heavy structural fabrication.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings and welding symbols.
Proficient in effective operation of welding equipment.
Ability to occasionally pull, push, carry, or lift tools, equipment, or materials 50 lbs. or less.
Ability to withstand occasional bending, squatting, or crouching.
Ability to frequently handle (hold, seize, grasp, turn, etc.) tools, equipment, or material.

Position Summary:
Produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience with CNC Robotics is required Written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of properties of metal and other materialsKnowledge of basic shop mathematics.
