Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role involves interpreting blueprints, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce parts according to specifications Perform machine setup, tool changes, and offset adjustments (Will Train) Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed Maintain clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating CNC machinery (mills and/or lathes) Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Basic knowledge of machine controls (Fanuc, Haas, etc.) Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude High school diploma or equivalent
