Pay:

$22.75

• $24.

50 per hour (based on experience).

Shift Differential:

Additional 10% premium ($25.00

• $27.

00 per hour equivalent, based on experience).

Night Shift Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM

• 9:30 PM
• 30-minute lunch break (some flexibility on lunchbreak time).

Training Requirement:

• 3-5 weeks of training on first shift
• Flexible training start time between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM (consistent start time required) What You'll Do
• Operate a variety of production machinery within a manufacturing cell
• Perform quality checks and inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production standards
• Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts Apply now! Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of Machine Operator experience, CNC preferred
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain close tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to use hand tools and perform minor machine adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred
• High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements
• Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
