CNC MILL - LATHE SET-UP OPERATORS WANTED AIM INC
is a small business in Parkton, MD. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Set you up to run machines and to be a long time employee with us and to have a long lasting career with us .

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations Use CAD software to program CNC machines Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role Proficiency in operating power tools, including lathes and electrical discharge machines (EDM) Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions Knowledge of plastics injection molding is a plus Ability to use hand tools for assembly and finishing tasks We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
