CNC Operator Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, to fabricate parts as per engineering drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up and adjust machine parameters. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary. Assemble components as required, ensuring that all parts fit together accurately. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is preferred. Experience with quality control procedures and precision measuring instruments. Mastercam experience is a plus but, not required. Ability to read and interpret CAD designs effectively. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
