CNC Operator

CNC Machinist for First or Second Shift . We are looking for one person for each shift, with a shift premium offered for the second shift position.

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience. CS Tool Engineering, Inc. is a tool and die operation that specializes in building plastic injection molds. We have 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers that involve setting up the machine and tooling, loading and executing the programs, along with checking and reviewing work pieces upon completion of the machining, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a business where workloads may vary from 40 -hour weeks to 55-hour weeks. As with any tool and die operations, our machining work varies in material, setups and the tooling it takes to complete our machining work. We are willing to train for these positions if you have the aptitude and willingness to learn a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

Set-up/operate CNC machine to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc. Cut to CAD model. Read and comprehend line-up sheet, blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc. Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance. Inspect and measure finished products. Obtain hi-lo/overhead crane license.

Qualifications:

An apprenticeship CNC certificate or two years on-the-job experience with ability to operate up to three CNC machine or enrolled in a CNC apprenticeship program.
