Candidates must be available to complete training on day shift before transitioning to nights. Preferred Experience•5 years preferred Experience operating Tsugami Swiss-type CNC machines preferred Mechanically inclined with strong attention to quality Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team Positive attitude and strong communication skills Position Requirements / Responsibilities Minimum 1 year of CNC experience required Produce quality parts while maintaining production levels Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic mechanical diagnosis Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, oiling, and stocking materials Change tools, drills, and inserts as needed Read and interpret blueprints Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Basic computer skills required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
