CNC Mill Operator

Our company is seeking a motivated CNC Setup/Operator to join our team. Applicants should have experience setting up and operating CNC Mills. With a strong work ethic and the ability to work well on your own tasks and as a team unit you will excel here. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold manufacturing standards. Qualifications
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge
• Experience in CNC machining and operating precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with Fanuc systems and CNC programming
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with attention to detail
• Knowledge of GD&T and Mastercam programming is a plus Polaris Engineering & Manufacturing is a leading, family owned, precision manufacturing house in Fraser, Michigan.
