The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and will be responsible for producing high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in production. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications. Utilize CAD software for programming and adjusting machine settings as needed. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaborate with assembly line teams to ensure seamless workflow and product assembly. Fabricate components using various tools, including press brake machines and welding equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with CNC machines. Must be able to read and write in English. Capable of using various machine tools, micrometers and calipers. Capable of reading a tape measure. Capable of reading blueprints. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must have perfect attendance and good attitude. Staffing Inc.
