Why This Opportunity This is a strong opportunity for experienced CNC machinists with backgrounds in orthopedic implants, medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or other high-precision industries. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in or around the Warsaw orthopedic manufacturing network who understand tight tolerances, complex components, inspection requirements, and regulated manufacturing environments. Positions We Are Targeting We are hiring for both: CNC Turning / Lathe Operators & Machinist Experience with CNC lathes, Swiss-style machines, dual-spindle/dual-turret machines, live tooling, offsets, tooling changes, and precision turned components. CNC Milling Operators & Machin Experience with CNC mills, 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis machining, fixture setup, tooling, offsets, tight tolerance components, and complex orthopedic or medical device parts.

15% added to base hourly wage These align with the shift structure in your current Turning Operator JD, including the 15% premium for B and D shifts. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turning and/or milling machines to produce complex, high-precision medical components. Machine parts according to engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to offsets, tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds as needed. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T requirements. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues in partnership with production, engineering, and quality teams. Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, scrap reduction, cycle time, and production flow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Qualifications Prior CNC turning, milling, Swiss machining, or multi-axis machining experience preferred. Experience in orthopedic, medical device, aerospace, or other high-precision manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T. Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, machine setup, and inspection practices. Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams. High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent hands-on experience required.
