About HG Medical HG Medical is a leading provider of high-precision medical device solutions, specializing in orthopedic implants and instruments. We are continuing to grow our Holland, Michigan operation and are looking for skilled CNC professionals who want to be part of a precision manufacturing environment where quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement matter. Why This Opportunity This is a strong opportunity for experienced CNC machinists with backgrounds in orthopedic implants, medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or other high-precision industries. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in or around the Warsaw orthopedic manufacturing network who understand tight tolerances, complex components, inspection requirements, and regulated manufacturing environments. Positions We Are Targeting We are hiring for both: CNC Turning / Lathe Operators & Machinist Experience with CNC lathes, Swiss-style machines, dual-spindle/dual-turret machines, live tooling, offsets, tooling changes, and precision turned components. CNC Milling Operators & Machin Experience with CNC mills, 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis machining, fixture setup, tooling, offsets, tight tolerance components, and complex orthopedic or medical device parts.
