Join Our Team at CTB Manufacturing CTB Manufacturing is seeking dependable and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team in Menominee, Michigan. We are looking for individuals who are independent, trustworthy, and committed to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment. Experience is preferred, and compensation will be based on skills, knowledge, and previous CNC machining experience. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment Simple IRA retirement plan Stable, full-time employment Opportunities for growth and skill development 1st and 2nd shift positions available Responsibilities Set up CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and machining. Must be able to set up machines independently. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions Load raw materials and parts into machines Verify machine settings and conduct test runs to ensure parts meet specifications Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Perform daily machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Ensure a safe and organized work environment Work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy Qualifications Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Basic computer skills and understanding of CNC programming concepts Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable, self-motivated, and trustworthy Strong communication and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or GED required Technical training, machining certificate, apprenticeship, or related manufacturing experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to work safely around machinery and manufacturing equipment Apply Today and send us your resume with 2 references If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values quality workmanship, reliability, and independence, we'd love to hear from you.
