Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-precision components. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment and contribute to the production of top-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machining equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers to produce precision parts according to technical specifications. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents to determine machining requirements and ensure accurate fabrication. Conduct routine machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to maintain high levels of efficiency and precision. Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges; verify dimensions with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and properly handling materials and tools. Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks, assembly line processes, and materials handling to meet production deadlines. Requirements Ability to interpret production documents accurately and perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and warehouse experience is preferred. Basic math skills necessary for quality control and materials handling tasks; ability to interpret technical specifications confidently.
