Production Manager About the Role We're looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Machinist, with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have strong technical abilities and a keen eye for detail. CNC Operator Responsibilities and Duties Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain a clean and safe work area CNC Operator Qualifications and Skills Ability to read and understand technical blueprints and schematics Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Familiarity with CNC machine operation and G-code Knowledge of calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Basic math and computer skills Good problem-solving skills and team-oriented attitude Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Certification or vocational training in CNC machining preferred 5 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment Experience with milling, turning, or grinding machines is a plus
