Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join a growing machine shop in the Three Rivers area..Shift Times:
1stShift:
5:00 am - 3:30 pm (M-Th) 2ndShift:
3:30 pm - 2:00 am (M-Th)Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture parts to blueprint specifications. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety protocols. Complete production documentation and report any quality or equipment concerns.Qualifications:
Previous experience operating CNC mills/lathes or manual machines preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Reliable attendance and transportation.Benefits:
