About Us:
We are a premier custom cabinetry and architectural millwork shop, specializing in high-quality, custom-designed projects for residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering superior products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Router Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC routers in a woodworking or millwork environment and will be responsible for running our Biesse Rover S 5x12 machine.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the Biesse Rover S CNC router to produce cabinet parts and custom millwork. Change tooling and bits as required for various jobs. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and cut lists. Load and secure materials for cutting. Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or programming issues. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC routers in a cabinet or millwork shop. Experience specifically with the Biesse Rover series strongly preferred. Ability to change bits, set tooling offsets, and perform routine machine maintenance. Understanding of woodworking materials (melamines, plywoods, veneers, MDF) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Preferred:
Experience with CNC programming and software such as BiesseWorks, Cabinet Vision, or similar. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
