Swiss Lathe Specialist CNC Wyoming, MI | $28-$35/hour (10% shift premium) About the Role A precision manufacturing company serving industries like aerospace, medical, agriculture, and defense is hiring a Swiss Lathe Specialist to operate multi-axis CNC machines with a sharp eye for detail, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss-style and/or mill-turn CNC machines Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Grind, deburr, and hand-finish parts to meet cosmetic and dimensional standards Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T documentation to maintain quality on every part What You'll Need 2+ years of CNC operation experience, including grinding and part repair Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and physical stamina for a full shift Schedule Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
