Opportunity:
We are partnering with a precision manufacturing company in Chaska, MN, specializing in machining, welding, assembly, and other manufacturing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to quality and safety.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate CNC lathes and/or mills, load and unload materials, and monitor equipment during production runs. Inspect finished parts, perform tool wear offsets or change inserts, and report quality or machine issues. Meet production goals while completing required paperwork, following work instructions, and maintaining accurate records. Maintain equipment and the work area through housekeeping, daily inspections, and preventive maintenance. What Makes You a
Great Fit:
High school diploma or GED and must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to perform basic math, follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors. High level of dependability with flexibility to work overtime when needed. One year of related experience, technical training, or education is preferred. Experience with CNC equipment, part prints, inspection tools, or forklifts is a plus. Why work with our client?
