  • What You'll Do
  • As a CNC Operator, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • + Operating CNC mills and lathes in a production setting + Making basic machine adjustments, including feeds and speeds + Performing tool changes and monitoring tool performance + Troubleshooting machine alarms and minor production issues + Reading and interpreting blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions + Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments + Maintaining quality standards and meeting production goals •What We're Looking For•Qualified candidates will have:•+ 6 months to 3 years of CNC operating experience, or completion of a machining trade school program + Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes + The ability to accurately use precision measuring equipment + A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Manufacturing and machining experience preferred •Preferred Equipment Experience•Experience with any of the following equipment is a plus: + Haas Mills and Turning Centers + Mori Seiki Mills + Kitamura Mills + Fanuc RoboDrills + Fanuc Controls •Why Join This Team?

  • The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $30.
