Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Operator to join our team. This position will be responsible for operating CNC milling equipment to produce high-precision components that meet established quality requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machine operation skills and a good mechanical aptitude, with a focus on maintaining efficient and accurate production. This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to high-quality precision machining projects. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities Run CNC milling machines, including loading raw materials according to specifications. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as pins, calipers, and CMM to verify part accuracy Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper handling of shop tools and materials handling procedures. Collaborate with team members on packaging of parts. Maintain detailed records of production activities and quality checks Experience Demonstrated experience operating CNC milling machines in a manufacturing or production environment. Understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow established quality control standards. Basic knowledge of shop math, including measurements, tolerances, and material calculations. Hands-on experience with CNC milling equipment, hand tools, and precision inspection equipment is required.
