CNC Machining Setup/Operator-Weekend
Job Description
We are hiring! Looking for people to join our fast paced, high-tech team to help develop and manufacture cutting-edge products utilizing the latest in manufacturing technology. New Modern Equipment / Clean Facility / Robotics and Automation Key Responsibilities Workholding (vises, fixtures, custom setups) Tooling installation and offsets Program loading and verification Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation Perform inspections and in-process checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gages, CMM as applicable) Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, or material Maintain tight tolerances and surface finish requirements Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are clean and in proper working order Document production, inspection results, and any deviations Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications 3+ years of CNC milling setup and operation experience (or equivalent training) Proficiency reading blueprints and understanding GD&T Experience with common CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc CNC, Haas CNC) Strong knowledge of cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies Ability to use precision inspection equipment accurately Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Full-time Pay:
$28.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
