Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Tube Laser Set-Up team member to join our 2nd shift or 3rd shift production team. This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC tube laser equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications, drawing requirements, and production standards. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC tube laser equipment according to job specifications, drawings, and shop papers.
- Load programs, adjust part offsets, adjust tool offsets, and make basic program or setup adjustments as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documentation to confirm dimensions, tolerances, bend requirements, and material specifications.
- Inspect parts throughout production runs and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow established procedures for material handling, documentation, and job completion.
- Keep work areas, machines, tooling, and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs. Qualifications
- Previous CNC setup, laser, tube laser, machining, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC set-up or adjustment experience preferred, including loading programs and adjusting offsets.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, shop papers, and basic work instructions in English.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and correct setup or production concerns.
- Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative production team.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, and position materials or parts as required by the job.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and required personal protective equipment. What We Offer

Thursday Pay:
$24.00- $30.
